1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sax6s platform ("Platform") and all its services. When you register, log in or use any service on sax6s, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, this will be considered bonus abuse and all accounts will be closed; any deposited balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Transferring, selling or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. The account holder is fully responsible for all account activity, whether authorized or unauthorized.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or payment method), please inform our support team immediately. sax6s will not be responsible for payment delays or other issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The sax6s platform is for persons aged 21 or over only. By registering you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. We may at any time request documents required for age verification (national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents).

If it is established that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited. Preventing minors from gaming is both our ethical and legal responsibility.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed for all financial transactions on the sax6s platform.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Deposits are generally instant, though in some cases a short time may be needed for verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• When a withdrawal request is submitted, the relevant amount will be temporarily separated from your balance.
• Withdrawals may remain pending until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawals will be made only to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, sax6s may at any time request additional documents to verify your identity. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

sax6s offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotional page. The general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be used for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, the same device or the same IP address is prohibited.
• sax6s reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The sax6s VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Reaching a higher level earns weekly cashback and special benefits. VIP cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Progression to a higher level depends on your overall activity and gaming history on the platform.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the sax6s platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The following rules apply to all games.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are operated by certified game providers' software and results are entirely random.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes through cheating, software tools or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Approved game providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi and others.

6.2 Technical Issues

sax6s will not be responsible for any technical issues during gameplay (internet disconnection, server errors). However, in the case of a faulty game round, we will endeavour to provide a reasonable resolution. If such an issue occurs, please contact our support team immediately.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

In the event of account closure, if no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned. However, where a breach of these Terms has occurred, the balance may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

sax6s will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from gaming on the platform. Gaming is entirely a matter of personal choice and involves financial risk — the user is considered to have acknowledged this by using the platform.

sax6s will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Loss caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Service disruption during unplanned server maintenance.
• If account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
